Rolex 1665 Seadweller Mk1 Great White

As the first reference by Rolex to ever incorporate the helium escape value (HEV), the 1665 Seadweller was a watch intentionally built to reach depths greater than that has been achieved with the Submariner. Collaborating with deep dive companies such as COMEX, the 1665 was a watch built with a pure purpose and function. As the successor to the celebrated Double Red Seadweller (DRSD), the Great White continues its legacy as a highly desirable model amongst the community.

It is to consensus condition is the new rarity, With that said, I am proud to be offering this pristine 1665 Mk1 Great White. Spectacularly preserved, the unpolished 5.3m serial case demonstrates all its factory finishing and definitions. It’s clear that this example lived a very undemanding life. The dial and hands are also flawless and enhanced by its natural creamy patina.

Over time by either normal wear or polishing, the black ink on the caseback engraving is most often worn off by, but this is not the case on this particular example. With most of the black ink intact, supporting the lack of wear and preservation this piece has sustained over the years. It comes on an original 9315 folded bracelet with 380 endlinks that’s in pristine condition as well.

This is a textbook example of a Mk1 1665 Great White and is without doubt as good as they come.
