Warranty:

All watches are sold as is. As these are vintage watches, Dial Back does not offer any guarantee on movement accuracy, water-proof or any other mechanical guarantee, unless stated.

All statements relating to any items sold by Dial Back are statements of opinion.

Shipping:

Dial Back will provide free FedEx Express shipping. However, customers are responsible for any and all customs dues, tariffs, duties or taxes.

All shipments are sent fully insured. If packages are lost or stolen, a refund will be issued only after the approval of the insurance claim by our insurance vendor.

Returns & Refunds:

All watches sold comes with a 3-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email or phone. The watch must be returned in the exact same condition as delivered.

Dial Back will issue a refund within 7 days after the watch has been fully inspected. We reserve the right to not issue a refund on any watch beyond your 3-day inspection period. All items shall be at the risk of the customer from the date of delivery of the goods.

Returns must be sent by the same method the watch was received with. All items returned must always be fully insured and paid for by the customer. For a refund, watches must be returned and received in the exact same condition as shipped. A full inspection will take place prior to issuing any refund.

Due to the difficulty of shipping Rolex to the US from abroad, it is the customer's responsibility to return the watch to Dial Back.

On any returns, the watch, accessories, boxes and/or any paperwork that was originally shipped with must be securely packed as in the exact same method as it was originally received.

Payments:

Payments are to be made via check, money order or bank wire transfer only. The payment must be securely received in full before any item shall be sent. Some payments may require additional time to clear.

All watches remain the property of Dial Back until the watch has been paid for in full.

Property:

Dial Back reserves the right to adjust listed or quoted prices and specifications without notice and may also at any time withdraw any of the items without any prior notice.

Dial Back holds the exclusive copyrights on all the logo, images, text and graphics specifically representing Dial Back internet sites. All are subject to Copyright and other intellectual property protection.

We encourage others to link our site, however, unauthorized use, copy, modification, distribution, publishing, licensing or reproduction to create works from any material, on any part of this website, or otherwise use it for any public or commercial use without the prior written consent from Dial Back is strictly prohibited.
